Why Me, Why Now — Spoiler: There’s No Grand Plan, Just Honesty (and Coffee)

Let’s be real: this wasn’t part of some grand five-year plan. I didn’t wake up one day (without hitting snooze five times) and decide to start sharing my life online. But here I am—living with narcolepsy, figuring out my purpose after choosing to live childfree, and trying to find a sense of belonging in a world that often runs on very different settings.

I’m telling my story now because I’ve spent too long trying to fit into molds that were never made for me—and frankly, I’m tired. Literally and metaphorically. If even one person feels a little more seen, a little less like “the other”, then every awkward overshare and accidental nap will be worth it.

My goal is to connect with other women like me—the Forever Aunties of the world.
Whether you’re single, married, or somewhere in between, and childless by choice, circumstance, or one of life’s unpredictable twists, you’re not alone. This space is for us—to find each other, share our stories, and celebrate the lives we are living. No explanations required.
